With COVID-19 creating unprecedented challenges for global gatherings, the Spotlight webinar series was developed to bridge the gap between virtual and in-person experiences for the 23rd World Petroleum Congress. This strategic initiative offered potential attendees an exclusive glimpse into the thought leadership and cutting-edge discussions that would define the main event, while maintaining crucial industry connections during uncertain times.

I spearheaded the complete branding and marketing strategy for Spotlight, creating a cohesive visual identity that captured the series' forward-thinking essence while maintaining strong ties to the WPC brand.

The project encompassed full production support including custom logos, dynamic motion graphics, and flexible presentation templates that elevated each webinar's professional presentation. To maximize reach and engagement, I developed integrated promotional campaigns spanning custom webpages, targeted email marketing, strategic social media content, and comprehensive promotional packages.

Every touchpoint was designed to build momentum toward the main Congress while establishing Spotlight as a valuable thought leadership platform in its own right.
